We had roughly 45 days to find and close on a home and Elisa worked with us diligently to make this possible for us. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was readily available to show us homes quickly and within our schedule as we have two small children. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different areas surrounding Huntsville and gave great guidance regarding the state of the housing market. She is polite, professional and personable. Ryan Day did an excellent job helping me sell my house. This was my first time selling a home and he was extremely helpful...he walked me through the process step by step and answered all of my (many!) questions. His response time was awesome...I never had to wait long; in fact, most of the time I received a call within a few minutes of sending a text! He also provided great recommendations on getting my house ready for showings and we were able to accept an offer within a few days of putting the house on the market. Leslie helped my wife and I in 2015 as we built our home with Legacy. At first we were not certain about needing a realtor when building a home, but if you are on the fence, it is absolutely essential. Leslie was our advocate the entire time and she made sure the builder met our desires and needs at all times.
